Function

The Function of the Junior SCM Analyst is to steer and information Administration Trainees in growing the provider knowledge base with stock administration

Tasks

1. Primarily based on MRP sign, must launch PO to provider on weekly foundation by way of Oracle 11i.
2. MRP execution (New purchase, Push out and Cancellation.

4. Talk with native or oversee suppliers.
5. Negotiate worth, lead time and MOQ.
6. Must work with logistics group and with forwarder to deliver materials on time.
7. Assures materials is offered to fulfill demanding schedule necessities by working with all features to expedite materials as wanted.
8. Deal with and resolve the due pos.
9. Sustaining optimum stage of stock.
10. Overview extra and out of date components with planning / group lead.
11. Clear MRB/RTV, RDRs and
12. Eradicate AP holds.
13. Lively participation in EHS associated actions like Identification of features and Impacts, HIRA, Emergency preparedness , steady enhancements and many others and allow to report about hazardous conditions to respective supervisor / division
managers as required.

Authority

Educational Qualification / Job Qualification:

1. Bachelors of Engineering in EEE/ECE/E & I/Mech with 3 -5 12 months of expertise (or)
2. Diploma in EEE/ECE/E&I/Mech with 4 – 6 years of expertise (or)
3. MBA in SCM with 2-3 12 months of expertise
