Second-hand vogue platform Vinted has acquired Danish competitor Trendsales. By doing so, the platform desires to fortify its place within the Nordic area. The acquisition is in distinction with the termination of its luxurious platform Rebelle, which was introduced in January.

The recommerce market in Europe is rising, because it now has a share of 12.3 % in comparison with the general ecommerce market. In 2022, Lithuanian second-hand vogue c2c market Vinted acquired Rebelle. This was a competitor from Germany, which offered vogue from luxurious manufacturers.
